We are committed to providing a smooth and efficient delivery experience for all our customers. Below is all the information you need about our shipping policies and timelines.
DELIVERY
Your order will typically be delivered within 3 to 10 business days after payment confirmation. Depending on the weight and destination of your parcel, we use Australia Post or TNT for domestic shipping. Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email acknowledging that we have received your order.
Please note that on rare occasions, stock discrepancies or simultaneous purchases may result in unavailable items. If this occurs, we will notify you promptly and work with you to resolve the issue. While we aim to deliver your order within the estimated timeframe, this is an approximation and cannot be guaranteed. If your delivery is delayed, please contact us at hello@surfboss.com, and we will assist you.
We are not liable for any losses caused by delivery delays exceeding the estimated timeframe.
FREIGHT COSTS
Freight costs include packing, transportation, and shipping charges, and are calculated based on the weight or volumetric weight of your parcel. The exact shipping cost will be displayed at checkout after you add items to your cart. For international orders, freight costs do not include import tariffs or customs duties.
To minimize shipping costs, we recommend combining your purchases into a single order, as freight charges are applied per shipment.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
We take every precaution to ensure your order arrives in perfect condition. However, if you receive a defective, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately. Reach out to us at hello@surfboss.com with your order details and photos of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.
WHEN CAN I EXPECT MY ORDER TO BE DISPATCHED?
Orders are processed at our NSW Central Coast warehouse from Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 3:00 pm AEST. We strive to dispatch all orders by the next business day. However, during peak periods, processing times may take longer. Orders placed after Friday afternoon or on weekends will be shipped the following week.
SHIPPING WITHIN AUSTRALIA
We use Australia Post and TNT for domestic
shipping:
- Standard Parcel Post: Delivery typically takes 2+ business days to East Coast Metro areas and 3-6 business days to regional locations and WA.
- Express Post Service: Offers faster delivery, usually arriving the next business day for East Coast Metro areas and within 2+ business days for regional locations and WA.
INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING
We offer international shipping to a wide range of destinations. During checkout, you can view available shipping options and costs for your location.
Please allow 2-4 weeks for international deliveries. Due to limited flights to and from Australia, delays may occur once your parcel leaves our warehouse.
Recipients are responsible for any applicable duties, taxes, or additional fees, which are payable upon delivery. Customs and duties are determined by the destination country’s customs agency, and we cannot accept responsibility for these charges. For more information, please contact your local customs office.
